Online etiquette

We know that attending an online conference can be a strange experience, so we’ve put together some guidelines, along with some hints and tips. Please contact us if you have any issues, feel unsure, or have any suggestions for things we could be doing better at any point during the conference. General guidelines

During panels and keynotes please keep yourself muted to keep backgroud noise to a minimum

Questions will be managed by the chair and can be asked using the chat box or by raising your hand

Please keep your video on if you feel comfortable doing so

If you are experiencing connection issues turning your video off can help save bandwith

Zoom allows for various background options including blurring

The app tends to be more stable than the browser version
