The event gives young people the chance to speak to businesses and discover the benefits of employment with training. In 2017 Exeter College welcomed over 2,000 visitors.
Organised on behalf of the South West Apprenticeship Ambassador Network, there will be over 60 local and regional employers at the event offering hundreds of Apprenticeship and career opportunities.
From Engineering, to Childcare, Digital Marketing, IT, Accountancy, Business and Construction – There will be an Apprenticeship to suit all.
At the Apprenticeship Expo you will be able to:
- Learn about what an Apprenticeship is
- Get advice about how to apply for Apprenticeships
- Meet employers who offer brilliant opportunities to young people
- Meet Apprentices with real life experiences
- ‘Have a go’ activities provided by a variety of organisations in different industries to give you a taster of what is involved in the work place
- Find out about Higher Apprenticeships and how these could be a great alternative to a degree
Our experienced advisors will be on hand to answer any Apprenticeship questions and queries. They will be able to guide you in the right direction, towards a career in your desired vocation.
