This year 23 of our apprentices took part in team-building event, as part of National Apprenticeship Week 2019, held at Raceworld in Exeter.

This was an engaging team building event to get our apprentices excited where they can all participate and have a chance for some healthy competition between them.

We do these events to break down barriers between our apprentices and build rapport.  Apprentices get to know one another, and not only will they have fun, but it will help to improve the office environment.

The go-karting focused our team on a common goal.  While they are having fun and interacting with each other, they were also be building a network that will help them communicate and interact more efficiently in the workplace.

Well done to:

  1. George Ricketts – Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice
  2. Alan Debinski – Domestic Heating & Plumbing Apprentice
  3. Cam Mould – Engineering Technician
