Our collaborators Jade Scott and William Hendren from Queen’s University Belfast used the EvicoMagnetics wide field Kerr microscope to investigate the domain structure within synthetic ferrimagnets. The measurements were possible thanks to recently opened research facility EXTREMAG.
Our team attended MMM2019 conference in Las Vegas, USA. Our results on dynamics of spin current within antiferromagnetic NiO layers were presented.
Our results on Exchange Spring Magnets were presented during UMC 2019. UMC2019 is devoted to the field of Ultrafast Magnetization Dynamics and in particular ultrafast dynamical processes in magnetic materials at femtosecond, picosecond, and attosecond time scales. This is the… Continue Reading
Two of our group members attended IOP workshop: Current Research in Magnetism (CRIM 2019): Recent Advances in Antiferromagnetism. Our results on dynamics of spin current within antiferromagnetic NiO layers were presented.
Our recent results on Exchange Spring Magnets have been presented at IOP Magnetism 2019 conference in Leeds. M. Dąbrowski gave a talk titled: ‘Dependence of ultrafast magnetization dynamics in DyFe2/YFe2 exchange spring magnets upon orientation of static magnetic field’. The… Continue Reading
