Home Again, Home Again

Day 14 had one last dawn safari, before a long journey back to Nairobi to catch our flight back home. The flights themselves left at 11:30 pm, so we had to be there to check in by 9. The dawn safari had a few last surprises for us, one group spotted a Caracal, another found a Python in one of the waterways, and there was a river utterly teeming with gigantic Catfish.

The flight itself was uneventful, as you would hope on a plane. 8 and a half hours later we landed at 5:30am in London Heathrow, and dragged ourselves onto the coach back to Falmouth. Home at last around 1pm, and ready to finally get all the amazing photos and videos off our cameras and into the social media pages!

(The other blog posts will be edited shortly to have as many pictures of our study animals and safari sightings as possible. Technical difficulties during the trip meant unfortunately plain posts until a pc interface was available for the site, and we left those behind)
