We are back for 2021!
Welcome to the Undergraduate Research Showcase, the annual exhibition celebrating student work from all disciplines, in all undergraduate years across our campuses. This is a time for the whole university community to recognise and see our students’ hard work, dedication and amazing results.
As we have moved online this year, we are hosting a Showcase that is bigger and better than ever! With a diverse range of projects from all disciplines, including videos and audio files produced by our excellent students. Students have submitted their research to display as either a poster, or a short summary or abstract so take a look through our website and see what you can learn!
We would like to invite you to join our celebration at our Virtual Launch Reception, on Monday 25 January 13:00-14:30. We are delighted to be joined by Deputy Vice Chancellor, Professor Tim Quine as our keynote speaker and are excited to have a few of our own students presenting their research too. We will be announcing our winners and there will be opportunities to mingle with our student researchers and discuss their research further.
Please use this meeting link to join our Virtual Launch Reception.
We have added a new competitive component to the Showcase this year, as we have challenged our undergraduates to show off their work on social media in only 280 characters! They may include an image and emojis, but no external links, threads or extra text allowed! Judges will decide on their favourite, awarding the student with an Amazon voucher.
