If you have paid an accommodation deposit and your accommodation account is still saying “awaiting deposit” please note that it can take up to 48 hours for a deposit to be processed. If you paid on Friday, you will receive a confirmation email by today and if you paid over the weekend, you will hear from Tuesday. Your offer will not expire as long as you have accepted the contract. If you have not received a confirmation email after three days, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can look into this.
You are required to complete the online eInduction before you are able to book your arrival slot. This provides incredibly useful information about your residence and what you need to know prior to your arrival and during your stay. Please note that you must complete this on a computer and are unable to complete it on an iPad, tablet or smart phone.
Our online arrival booking system is opening from today. You will receive an email for this but please see below for the dates that the arrivals will be available online per residence:
- Monday 24 August – Birks Grange Catered, Moberly House, Rowancroft residences and Nancherrow
- Tuesday 25 August – Holland Hall and Mardon Hall Catered
- Wednesday 26 August – Birks Grange Village, Lafrowda, Rowe House, St Germans and Duryard
- Thursday 27 August – Bonhay House, Brunel Close, Clydesdale Rise, Cook & Llewellyn Mews, Exeter Halls catered, Garden Hill House, James Owen Court, Kingdom Mews, Holland Hall Studios, King Edward Court, Lafrowda Cottage and Nash Grove.
