Only two more days until Arrivals Weekend when all of our new students will be arriving with us so here’s some important arrival information:

Arrival booking times
If you are due to stay in Lafrowda, Rowe House, St Germans, Birks Grange Village (self-catered) or Duryard, please note that today (Wednesday 9 September) is the last day for you to use the online arrivals booking system. For all other residences, the last day to use the arrivals booking system will be tomorrow (Thursday 10 September). Please ensure that you have made any amendments to your booking by midnight on that day.

Welcome BBQ
All new arrivals are invited to come along to their residence Welcome BBQ which will be held at either La Touche (behind Cornwall House) or Birks Grange Village between 7:00pm-9:00pm on each day of Arrivals (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Tickets cost £5.00 and can be purchased in advance from Birks Grange Central Block Reception or on arrival, this will include your food. You will need to provide your own drinks.

For those students staying at any our Rowancroft residences, Nancherrow or James Owen Court, a Welcome BBQ will be held at St Luke’s on Sunday 13 September between 3.00pm-5pm. Tickets are available at Radford House Reception, Rowancroft or the James Owen Court reception.

The Welcome BBQ is a great opportunity to get to know people in your flat and within your residence, there is even an opportunity to play some good old fashioned board games.
