This week we are looking at offers being sent out to both undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as the amount of time it takes for a deposit to come through to us.
All postgraduate students who fall within our Accommodation Guarantee and applied for accommodation by 24 May 2017 will have now received an offer of accommodation. Please remember that postgraduate student applications are dealt with on a first come, first served basis and we may not have one of your preferences available at the time of sending you an offer.
Students who have applied up until 6 June 2017 will receive an offer of accommodation by Friday 9 June 2017. Please note that offers are sent out in batches and are not all sent out on the same day.
Undergraduate students with an Unconditional Firm offer
Students with an unconditional firm offer for a course at the University of Exeter who have applied for accommodation will receive an offer of accommodation by mid-June. Please keep in touch via our Facebook page to find out the exact date that these will be sent.
TESOL students summer accommodation offers
Students who have applied for either an EdD or MEd TESOL summer intensive programme at the University of Exeter and have submitted an application for accommodation, please refer to the table below for information on when your offer will be sent to you:

Deposits and confirmation
If you have received an offer of accommodation and have paid your £300.00 deposit, please note it can take up to two working days for this to show up on our system. This does not come through instantly. You room booking will be confirmed with us once a ‘Contract Formation Email’ has been sent. If you have not received this after four working days of paying your accommodation deposit then please contact us and we can look into this for you.
Please remember that all correspondence from the Accommodation Office will be sent to you via email using the email address you provided within your accommodation account. This email can be amended at any time if you are going to be away and need someone to access this on your behalf.
