The top layer is a possible surface compacted from people walking on it, but i also excavated a lot of loose fill” discovered by student Molly Barkes. […] “It’s taken two weeks but I’ve finally found something! Three pieces of worked flint all found within one post hole,” exclaimed student Rachel Cox.
