Nick Sumner- University of Exeter Archaeology Student. University of Exeter Archaeology student Nick Sumner found a piece of pottery during excavation today. Site Open Day Friday 17th August 2012 11am to 3.30pm. Admission to the site excavation is open to the public only on this day. Please come to the information point on the day at The Hub, Methodist Church, Ipplepen for further instructions. Tuesday 14th August Sam Moorhead (British Museum) will be giving a talk on the project and its finds at 7.30pm at Ipplepen Village Hall. Free admission.
