Finances
For STFC-sponsored students, the course is free. However the number of positions available are limited and will be allocated to students on a first come, first served basis. All expenses are paid including tuition, accommodation, subsistence, travel and other minor expenses. Forms to claim back travel expenses will be given out during the summer school (advance payment is not available). Self-supported students are eligible for any positions remaining after the registration deadline and are advised to contact the organisers and to register via this option.
For non-STFC funded students, the cost is £490, which includes accommodation, catering and all social events. We would advise contacting the course organisers early to arrange payment. Unfortunately we are unable to offer partial support for non-STFC funded students, but we would advise to contact the organisers to discuss special circumstances.

To register for the STFC Introductory Solar System Plasmas Summer School 2018, please complete the form below before 15th July 2018. Early applications are encouraged as the number of places is limited by STFC funding.
