Department of Economics, Jadavpur University invites researchers to submit papers (both theoretical and empirical) for the XXVIIIth Annual Conference on Contemporary Issues in Development Economics. Submissions can pertain to any area of economics.

Please send separate soft copies of your full research paper and abstract (of not more
than 150 words) to juconference@gmail.com. The last date for submission is August 31, 2018.

Those making submissions will be informed by October 10, 2018 regarding acceptance.
All papers will be refereed. Participants may be provided with local hospitality on the basis of availability of funds.

Research scholars engaged in PhD research at a recognized university are especially encouraged to submit their papers. A number of travel grants (return a/c three tier train fare) along with accommodation and local hospitality during the conference days will be provided to select Research Scholars based in India, with accepted papers, on the basis of evaluated merit.
