Antonia Sudkaemper is a 3rd year PhD student in Social and Organisational Psychology at the University of Exeter. Her research interests lie in gender equality, more specifically she conducts research on how men can support gender equality, and what factors are related to support for gender equality in men. She is also working with Prof. Michelle Ryan (first supervisor) and Dr. Thekla Morgenroth on gender effects in risk-taking and on the glass-cliff effect.
