The first meeting of the EPSRC funded UK Acoustic Network took place on Monday 27 November 2017. This network provides a platform for about 100 academics, Government researchers and industrialists to get together and explore the future pathways for UK acoustics research. In January 2018 the UK Acoustics Network Steering Committee will meet to roadmap the future of acoustics reserach in the UK with Prof Alastair Hibbins as a member of the group.
