The closure of schools during the COVID-19 pandemic impacts on young people, families, teachers and university admissions and outreach professionals. We have conducted a rapid response survey, whic asked teachers, students, parents or guardians and others about their perceptions, expectations and concerns, which will help us provide quick feedback to policy makers about the implications of the current school closure. 2219 responses were collected between March 28th and April 20th 2020, and we are currently analysing the data. Initial findings have been released on the University of Exeter Twitter page and a technical appendix with more information on our sample and methodology is available in our Rapid Response Technical note.
