School information: The School starts on Sunday evening with Ice-breaker (26/08/2018) and ends Friday afternoon (31/08/2018). All lectures will be in the Living Systems Institute (LSI).
Following completion of the Summer School, additional details will be added to the school website, including lecture slides.
Accommodation: All registered students will be booked into Pennsylvania Court, all you need is to arrive at the hotel. We expect that all of you will check-in on Sunday afternoon before ~6pm at the Lopes Hall Reception desk. The Hotel is 10-15 min walk from the LSI Building. A campus map can be found here.
School registration will start around 18:30 on Sunday at the LSI, followed by dinner and Ice-breaker.
All evening dinners will be served at Lopes Hall every night from 18:30 to 19:30, except on Sunday (the Icebreaker, LSI) and Thursday (School Gala Dinner, Reed Hall).
School excursion will be on Wednesday afternoon to Kents Cavern followed by Babbacome Model Village. A bus will provide transport to and from these locations and Exeter campus and departure will be from outside LSI after lunch.
Travel expenses: Please keep all receipts related to the School safe, you will be given a claim form, so that you can post the claim directly to STFC.
