Cochrane Library: 7th November essential maintenance

The Wiley Online Library will be unavailable for up to 6 hours on Saturday 7th November 2015 from 10:00-16:00 GMT / 05:00-11:00 EST / 18:00-00:00 SGT due to essential maintenance.

This will impact on the Cochrane Library as detailed below

Saturday 7th November 10:00 – 16:00(UK)

2.            Duration of activity

6 hour

3.            Reason for incident

This maintenance involves upgrades to critical infrastructure components as part of Wiley update and stabilization efforts.

 4.            Who/what the incident affected

The Cochrane Library users will experience intermittent website functionality, plus their returned search results may be delayed.

Error messages and apologies maybe returned during this time.

 5.            Impact on other systems.

Cochrane Library publishing system, will remain available, though delays to publishing may occur why systems are restarted. No content will be lost during this work.
