Poster sessions and poster competition

Poster sessions on each themes will be organized into Reed Hall rooms accessible each day during lunch breaks and in the evening. A dedicated poster session is planned on Tuesday afternoon. The posters will be on display throughout the conference (until Friday lunch) to allow for sufficient visibility and scope of interactions.

To encourage interactions and networking between attendees, a poster competition for young scientists will be organised with judges assigned among the senior participants.

Poster guidelines

Prepare a PORTRAIT poster of maximum size 910mm wide and 1850mm (A0 paper size: 841 x 1189 mm). If it does not conform to this maximum size, we regret it may not be possible to mount the poster.
Please bring your poster with you – do not send it to us in advance. We would advise you to display your poster as early as Monday 17th July so that we can maximise the opportunity for delegates to see your work displayed.
