Bookings will be taken at the time of registration. Alternative accommodation choices in the city are provided following the first Stage of registration. For an extra fee per day, the booking can be taken with the day delegate package option to include a 3-course dinner in Holland Hall.

Financial Support

Financial support will be offered via the Sponsors Grant to a limited number of presenting authors in need (from developing countries and early-career scientists). The application has to be made during the registration process at the time of abstract submission, until the 5th of March 2017. Requests for childcare support (including age of child) should also be indicated during the registration process for this to be supported by IAU (subject of approval).

The SOC will evaluate all requests for financial support strictly following IAU and any other sponsors regulations. Decisions will be communicated to the applicants no later than the 13th April 2017.
