Visa Support Request

The conditions for entry to the United Kingdom vary according to nationality >> Check if you need a UK Visa. You may need to apply for the UK Standard Visitor Visa, which covers UK visits for up to 6 months.

We will provide the letter of invitation you require for your visa application upon your registration. To ensure that you allow for sufficient time for your visa application, we recommend you register early (by 20th April 2017), so that you make your visa application at the earliest 3 months prior to travel.

Please refer to the www.gov.uk website for further details regarding eligibility and process of application and check with the UK Visa Application Centre in your country about any specific papers you may require in order to participate in the IAU Symposium 335.

Please note that we can only give further support if you are fully registered to the conference. Letters of Invitation can be delivered on request, by the Conference Secretariat once the registration fees are paid.
